Chelsea eyeing up third Hazard.

Chelsea have set their sights on signing Chelsea superstar Eden Hazard's younger brother Thorgan. Thorgan, who played for Chelsea between 2012 and 2015 failed to make an impact at Stamford Bridge, not making a single appearance for the West London outfit. Thorgan (24) was sent on loan to Zulte Waregem and Borussia Monchengladbach, and made his move to the German club permanent in 2015.

Thorgan has made 69 appearances for Monchengladbach, scoring 16 goals in that time. He has scored six and assisted three so far this season, and this form has reignited Chelsea's interest in the player.

Chelsea have a form of signing former Chelsea players, with the likes of Didier Drogba, David Luiz and Nemanja Matic all returning to Stamford Bridge after periods away from the club.

Thorgan, who can play as an attacking midfielder or winger, could also be a target in an attempt to keep Eden at the club, with his other brother Kylian (22) also signing for the blues in the summer, but is yet to feature under Antonio Conte.
