Antonio Conte spoke to the press today before we face Arsenal in the Premier League tomorrow, one of three matches we will play against our London rivals this month. Conte was asked about his transfer targets, injuries and his thoughts on the fixtures and his solution to this problem, which has resulted in many managers coming forward to complain that they've had a tougher festive season than other clubs.

Giorgio Chiellini: "No, no - I must be honest, Giorgio is a fantastic player but I think he wants to finish his career at Juventus and I think it's right to finish his career in that way."
David Luiz and Charly Musonda Injury Updates:
"David Luiz has improved his physical condition a lot and in the last few days he’s been working with us. He could be in contention for the Norwich game. [FA Cup Round 3] Charly Musonda is in the same condition as David, he's nearly ready and could be in contention for the Norwich game too. Other than that, the rest of my players are all available for tomorrow and I'm very happy because of this."
Conte Prepared to Rotate:
"It is very important in my plan to involve all my players. We are doing a really good job in this situation, because we are making many rotations but at the same time our results are positive, and it means all my players are working very well. My target is to have all my players in the peak of their form, especially as there is now the second part of the season and this is the very important part because you are able to reach your target or not reach you target."
Conte Ready for Tough Games Against Arsenal:
"For us in this period we must be very focused on our target and tomorrow we have a really tough game against Arsenal. We have to find the right concentration. When you play against Arsenal, every game is very important and tomorrow’s game is very important for the league. For sure we want to try our best and get three points and also to give satisfaction to our fans."
Transfer Window Speculation:
"It’s normal [for speculation] when the transfer window opens. It’s a difficult moment for every coach, every club because you get so much speculation. For us I think this period we must be very focused on our target and tomorrow we have a really tough game against Arsenal. We need to find the right concentration for this, the club will do the best for the team in the transfer market."
Keeping Our Squad Large Enough:
"I am very happy to work with these players and I trust in these players. I don’t see a problem but at the same time I can understand if some players are not playing with regularity and want to play with regularity. My expectation is for all the players that we have in the squad to stay here and to try to continue to work, and also because our squad is not big and it is impossible to send on loan one player or sell one player if we do not take another player."
